Returns and Exchanges


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. For your return to be accepted, you must make sure there are no traces of fragrance, make-up or cigarettes or any other marks and that the item is in perfect condition.


Step 1: Book your return/exchange with NOOSHIN

Notify us of your intention to return by emailing us at nooshin@nooshin.co.uk

Step 2: Complete the returns form

Your order comes with a returns form. Please complete this form indicating your reason for return.

Step 3: Package the item

Pack item using the original packaging. Address the item to: Returns, NOOSHIN, Floor 5, 9-10 Savile Row, London, W1S 3PF.

Step 4: Send it

Take the package to your local post office for shipment. Please ensure the shipment is tracked. We recommend that you retain the original postage receipt so that, in the rare case that a parcel gets lost in the return process, the missing parcel down can be tracked down. You will be refunded the cost of Special Delivery Next Day by the Royal Mail, determined by the weight of the item.

If you are making an exchange, we will send out your newly requested item immediately upon receipt of your return.
