SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will the order be sent?

It can take up to 24 hours for the credit card payment service provider to authorize payment. If the product is in stock, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours following authorization of your payment. If the product is not in stock it will be made to order. In this instance we will send your purchase to you as soon as it is in stock. This can take up to 3 weeks but we will endeavour to get your order to you much sooner.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation by email when your order is ready to ship. Your order tracking number will be communicated in this email.

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Using your order tracking number you can track the status of your order by visiting www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Which countries does NOOSHIN ship to?

Currently NOOSHIN delivers within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China. Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to the Channel Islands. If you would like us to ship to a country that is not listed here please contact us at nooshin@nooshin.co.uk.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All deliveries to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Prices are provided when completing your order and vary according to the weight of your order. If your item is in stock and payment is authorized before 11.30am you will be eligible for next day delivery.

Delivery times from day of dispatch takes 2-4 days to countries within the EU and 4-6 days outside of the EU.

What day/time will my order be delivered?

Items will be delivered by 1pm in most postcode areas from Monday to Friday. More remote areas can take up to 3 working days longer to deliver. Saturday delivery is also available for an additional fee.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, we require a signature any goods delivered.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

Is payment secure?

All transactions on this website are processed using SagePay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment by PayPal is also available.

When paying by SagePay you will re-direct to Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode to verify your card payment before completing your purchase. This adds an additional layer of security and protects your card from fraud.

I live outside of the UK. Can I place my order in my own currency?

Currently all prices are displayed in UK Pound Sterling only.

Can I store my credit card details in My Account?

Your credit card details can be stored within your My Account section to make it quicker and easier to make future purchases. You can also change your credit card preferences by logging into you’re my Account section.

Is my personal information kept private?

We will take reasonable care to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. When you place an order or access your account information, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorized use. If the site is secure, a padlock will appear in the bottom right hand section of your screen when you are in the payment card entry area. Occasionally the padlock will not be visible but the page is still secure. If you do not see the padlock, you can check by right-clicking anywhere on the page (except on an image) and select Properties. If the URL starts https: the s indicates that the page is secure.

You should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to correct information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return or exchange my order?

If your NOOSHIN purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original and unused condition within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange. For your return to be accepted, you must make sure there are no traces of fragrance, make-up or cigarettes or any other marks and that the item is in perfect condition.

When returning an item use the original packaging and send it to Returns, NOOSHIN, Floor 5, 9-10 Savile Row, London, W1S 3PF. Please fill out and enclose the return form provided with the initial delivery and indicate the reason for your return. Please also notify of us of your intention to return or exchange an item by emailing us at nooshin@nooshin.co.uk.

Please note that we can only issue your refund to the original form of payment used.

If you are making an exchange, we will send out your newly requested item immediately upon receipt of your return.

Is there a charge for returning my purchase?

Returns sent are free of charge. We will refund the cost of Special Delivery Next Day for the weight of the delivery with the Royal Mail.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop at NOOSHIN without creating an account.

However, register an account with us and you'll be able to save your address and card details to enable much fast shopping in the future as well as building customized Wish Lists that you can share by email with friends and family.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' instructions on the LOGIN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

How do I remove saved card details?

You can remove previously saved credit card details by logging into your account.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is out of stock you will be notified on the product page and you will be unable to add it to your basket. On the very rare occasion the website may indicate that an item is in stock when it actually isn't. In this instance we will contact you to notify you of the lack of availability and give you the choice of sending you an alternative or issuing you an alternative.

How do I take care of my garment?

All of our garments are made of the highest quality wools. Care instructions of provided on the garment care label. Most garments are dry clean only and iron on a medium heat. Ensure garments are hung in the wardrobe and protected from moths using a good quality garment bag. To help maintain shape it is recommended that a wooden hanger is used to hang our garments.
